From the Runway to Real Life

My Story…

If there’s one thing I’ve always loved more than working in fashion, it’s reflecting on why I entered the industry in the first place — and how that journey keeps changing me.

I started young, working for Cartier before I had even finished my studies. The world of luxury felt like a dream: elegant, precise, full of meaning between the lines. Over the next 15 years, I built a career in global fashion and beauty marketing — leading regional or global strategies for brands like Panerai, Gucci beauty, Viktor&Rolf and Scotch&Soda, and working closely with creative directors, license partners and international teams.

But as I grew, something shifted. Behind the campaigns and couture, I started craving a different kind of impact. I no longer wanted to grow brands — I wanted to grow people.

That shift became even more real when I experienced pregnancy loss. In that raw and quiet space, I was reminded of what really matters: connection, care, truth. And that’s what I now bring into the classroom, into mentorship, and onto the stage.
